You may return goods purchased from our physical store if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused item in the same condition that you purchased it. To be eligible for a return we require items to be returned within 14 days with the original moth receipt and we will offer you an exchange or store credit.
This excludes sale & reduced items, earrings which are non returnable due to hygiene and gift cards.
Unfortunately without a moth receipt as proof the item was purchased from our store we cannot accept returns.
If you have a fault or query regarding your purchase please contact us by phone, email or call into our store for assistance. We will be happy to help. Please do not return items by post prior to discussing your query with us. We cannot take responsibility for items that we don't receive or their shipping costs.
